Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing all customers exceptional service. Cancelling without sufficient notice prevents another client from being seen on our standby list.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

You may cancel free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice.

Late Arrival & No Show

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a lash service, or 5 minutes late for a waxing service.

If the waiting time is exceeded or you do not show up, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled, and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Change of Service

If at the time of your appointment you decide to change to a service that is shorter in time or lesser in value by 0 or more, a Change of Service fee of 5 may be applied. This fee accounts for the allotted time that could have been another client's appointment.

If time permits, your service may be upgraded. Please ask your technician about this.

No Children Policy

Please do not bring children who require supervision. This policy exists for the safety of your children, our artists, and fellow clients. Because lash services require you to be lying down with eyes closed for an extended period, you are unable to attend to a child during your appointment.

If you arrive with children needing supervision, you may be asked to reschedule and a late cancellation fee will apply.
