Our Policy

Cancellations

We are committed to providing all customers exceptional service, cancelling without giving enough notice prevents another customer from being seen on our standby list.


CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 12 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT, which is typically enough time for us to reach out to people on our standby list, If you fail to cancel before the required time frame you will be charged 50% of scheduled service.


You may cancel your appointment free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice.

Late Arrival & No Show

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable.


However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service if you are 15 minutes late for your lash service /or 5 minutes late for your wax service, your late arrival will limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience.


If the time exceeds the waiting time or does not show up, we will be forced to cancel and reschedule the appointment and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Change of Service

If at the time of your appointment, you decide to change your service to one that is shorter in time or lesser in value of $50, you may be charged a Change of Service fee of $25. This fee is for the allotted time that is lost that could have been an appointment for another client.

If time permits, your service may be changed to one that is longer. Please ask your technician about this policy.

No Children Policy

Please do not bring children who need to be watched or supervised. This policy is for the safety of your children, our artists, and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment.

Because of the nature of the appointment, you will be lying down with your eyes closed for an extended amount of time and unable to care for a child, we ask that alternate care arrangements be made prior to your appointment time.

If you arrive for your appointment with a child or children, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day in which you are able to obtain childcare and will be charged a late cancellation fee (See Cancellation Policy for details).

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but must adhere to this policy for your safety and the safety of our other clients.



Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge. In the case of poor retention, we do offer a Lash fix within 5 days of getting the initial set.

AGE

Customers ages under 18 years old must be accompanied and consented by a parent or guardian.

No make up

Clients are kindly requested to remove all makeup prior to their lash styling appointment.


- Failure to remove makeup may result in an additional charge of $10 for extra time and cleaning.


- This policy ensures a clean and efficient lash styling experience for all clients.


- Removing makeup beforehand allows our lash stylists to focus solely on enhancing your natural beauty.


- We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy for a seamless and enjoyable appointment.

Gratuity

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-25% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.
